Launching Into Life
A 5-Week Skills & Support Workshop for Young Adults (Ages 18–23)
You don’t have to have your future figured out. You only need the courage to take the next small step. 🌿
About the Workshop
Emerging adulthood is one of life’s biggest transitions. It can feel exciting, confusing, overwhelming, and lonely—all at the same time. Questions about education, career, relationships, identity, independence, and the future often bring uncertainty and self-doubt. The good news is that these experiences are a normal part of this stage of life, and you do not have to navigate them alone.
Launching Into Life is a supportive small-group workshop designed to help young adults build confidence, emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and practical life skills while connecting with peers facing similar challenges. Rather than focusing on lectures, the program combines interactive discussions, experiential activities, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral strategies, and nervous system regulation skills that participants can apply in everyday life.
We believe that growth happens through connection, reflection, and action. If you’re waiting to feel completely ready before taking the next step, you may be waiting forever. This workshop is that courageous first step—an opportunity to invest in yourself, discover your strengths, connect with others, and begin building the life you want, one meaningful step at a time.
