We’re pleased to share that Souad Hawkins Ezzaher, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), is now seeing clients from our office location.
Souad operates independently and provides thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. Her services include psychiatric evaluations and medication management for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and stress-related concerns.
Her approach is collaborative and individualized, with an emphasis on listening carefully, understanding each client’s history and goals, using the lowest effective medication dose when appropriate,
minimizing side effects, and regularly reassessing treatment.
Souad also provides structured ADHD evaluations and ongoing medication monitoring. Appointments may include brief supportive therapy to help clients better understand patterns, coping strategies, and lifestyle factors that can affect mental health.
