We're here for you — Always
At Painted Reality Counseling, we deeply value your experience with us. If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage open communication and are always ready to listen. Most concerns can be worked through directly with your therapist or with our leadership team.
However, if you ever feel the need to formally report a concern, we honor your right to do so. In accordance with the State of Texas, you can scroll down to find resources to guide that process.
On the other hand, if you’ve had a positive experience with your therapist and would like to show support, we warmly welcome you to recommend us to your friends and family.
Whether you’re offering feedback, sharing appreciation, or bringing up a concern — your voice matters. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime at info@paintedrealitycounseling.org.

Good Faith Estimates for Self-Pay Clients
At Painted Reality Counseling and Wellness, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to the cost of care.
As part of the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate — a clear explanation of the expected costs for services.
If you plan to pay out of pocket, just let your therapist or our administrative team know. We’ll gladly provide this estimate to help you make informed decisions about your care.
